What areas do you service?

We provide lawn care services throughout Central New York, including Baldwinsville, Brewerton, Camillus, Central Square, Cicero, Clay, Dewitt, East Syracuse, Fayetteville, Liverpool, Minoa, Manlius, North Syracuse, and Onondaga Hill. Yes, all of our technicians are fully licensed, insured, and professionally trained. We maintain all necessary certifications and stay current with the latest industry best practices.

What is included in your 5-Step Plus Grub Control Program?

Our comprehensive 5-Step Plus Grub Control Program includes: Early Spring (fertilizer and pre-emergent crabgrass control), Spring (fertilizer and broadleaf weed control), Early Summer (fertilizer and weed/crabgrass control), Grub Control with the Early Summer application, Summer (fertilizer and weed/crabgrass control), and Fall (fertilizer and weed control).

How do I accept my proposal after receiving it?

Do you offer one-time services or only seasonal programs?

While our seasonal programs provide the best results for your lawn, we do offer individual services like core aeration, grub control, and specific pest treatments. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Do you offer any satisfaction guarantees?

Yes, we stand behind our pest control services with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our pest services, we'll return at no charge.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer senior and military discounts. Please mention your eligibility when requesting a quote, and we'll be happy to apply the appropriate discount to your service plan.

What if I don't see my area listed on your service map?

Treatment Process

I got the perimeter pest service but still see bees flying in my garden. Why?

Our perimeter pest control service is meant to keep bees and wasps from nesting in treated areas. This will not prevent them from being around or flying around. This service prevents and disrupts nesting through crack and crevice application plus treatment of soffits and overhangs. The treatment prevents these insects from building nests in the treated areas (like soffits, overhangs, and other structural elements), but it doesn't prevent bees and wasps from flying around your property or visiting your garden. Bees are essential pollinators and their presence in garden areas is normal and beneficial for your plants.

Do I need to be home when you treat my lawn?

No, you don't need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the service. We'll leave a notice of application so you know we've been there.

How soon can I see results from your lawn treatments?

Results vary depending on the service and your lawn's condition. Weed control results often begin to show within 7-14 days. For overall lawn improvement, you'll typically notice significant changes after 2-3 treatments. Fertilization results generally become visible within 1-2 weeks.

Is it safe for my children and pets to play on the lawn after treatment?

We recommend keeping children and pets off the treated areas until the application has dried completely, which typically takes about 1-2 hours depending on weather conditions. After that, it's safe for normal activity.

What if it rains after my lawn treatment?

Our products are designed to be rainfast (resistant to being washed away by rain) within 1-2 hours of application. If it rains before that window and we believe the treatment effectiveness may have been compromised, we'll return to reapply if necessary at no additional charge.

Are your treatments safe for bees, butterflies, and other pollinators?

We share your concern for protecting pollinators. That’s why we use targeted, selective products and application methods designed to be environmentally responsible. We avoid broad-spectrum sprays that can harm beneficial insects. Instead, we use granular, soil-applied treatments and time our applications to minimize any potential impact on pollinators. Scheduling & Payment

How often will you treat my lawn?

Our standard 5-Step Plus Grub Control Program includes 6 treatments across five visits, spaced approximately 5-7 weeks apart from early spring through fall. Grub control is applied during the Early Summer visit. This schedule is optimized for Central New York's growing season and climate conditions.

Do you offer any discounts or referral programs?

Yes, we offer senior and military discounts as well as promotions for new customers. We also have a referral program that rewards customers who refer friends and family. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. We also offer convenient online payment options for our regular customers.

Can I cancel or reschedule a service?

Yes, we understand that circumstances change. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a service. For seasonal program customers, we can discuss adjusting your service schedule as needed.
